The Process
Whether it’s your first or your fifth real estate purchase,buying real estate can be daunting! In order to make the best
decision possible, it’s important to research the market and
consider all your options. But navigating the real estate world
without help is nearly impossible – you need someone who
you can trust, and who can answer all your questions. I have
some links that will help make your search easier – if you
have ANY questions about a property or the area in general,
please don’t hesitate to ask. I will also show you the process
of what happens in a typical Real-Estate Transaction, this is
very basic and there are lots of steps inside each point. Don’t
worry I have been doing this for over 15 years and Yes I do
have my Broker License, which might not mean too much to
one but other’s they only want to work with someone who is a
licensed broker. In the state of Arizona there are around 65k
licensed Real-Estate agents and around 12k licensed brokers,
if you not working with a Broker/Professional you are not
working with someone who does this full time, the broker will
have more knowledge then the average agent because they
tend to do more business and have more education thoughout the year. I have seen lots of issues during a transaction
that have become problems, I can see and navigate away
from them before they become a problem. The ones that do
come about during the transaction, we can work together to
make the problem get resolved as quickly as possible in your
